1. Can I cancel my order?
You may raise a cancellation request. However, once shipped, no orders can be cancelled.
- How can I return my product?
Currently we have a no return policy. Although, we do accept returns if the products delivered are tampered with. you may send an email to us with attached photos/videos of the damaged product.
- If I cancel my prepaid order, when would I receive the refund?
Once the cancellation request is approved to us, the refund would be processed within 2-4 business days.
- What do I do when I get tampered/damaged goods?
We take these matters very seriously. We request you to send us an Email along with attached photos/videos as proof to namastebroz8@gmail.com . Once our team verifies the proof sent, you would receive a refund or a replacement for the damaged products.
- How long will it take for the refund to reflect in the bank account?
Once the refund has been initiated the refund will be credited in the bank in next 5-7 working days.
